Product Overview  

• BMC Mould Molding Technology: Our patent-pending pellet feed system ensures 0.5–200 g shot sizes with ±0.2 g accuracy. BMC Mould Molding achieves cycle times of 25–35 s and supports up to 200,000 mold cycles without performance degradation.  

• SMC Integration: The same press accommodates bulk SMC or sheet SMC charging—no tooling changeover required. SMC curing completes in 3–5 minutes at 150–180 °C, enabling 12 moldings per hour.  

• UP Resin Formulation: We use tailored UP resin (unsaturated polyester) to grant parts 120 MPa compressive strength and sustained thermal resistance up to 180 °C. UP cross-link density is controlled within ±0.1 mol/L for consistent mechanical performance.  

• Injection molding BMC Module: Digital control of injection pressure (max. 180 bar) and screw back-pressure (up to 80 bar) ensures void-free, fully-filled cavities. Injection molding BMC repeatability is ±1%.  

• Package BMC compression molding Station: Dedicated Package BMC compression molding platens deliver uniform heat transfer and pressure up to 150 bar, ideal for high-voltage housings and load-bearing components.
